The wedding venue immediately makes a statement to your guests and sets the stage for the whole day. With an open vendor policy and transparent pricing, we strive to make choosing The Veranda the best investment.

Included With All The Veranda Rentals

Access to the Building from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm on the Day of your rental. Bar and Music end at 11:30 pm

Stunning Open Air Wedding Pavilion (reception area open to the outside) for celebrations up to 250 guests

The Veranda is available for booking mid May through Mid October only because it is an open aired venue.

To reserve a date with us

Please email [email protected] that you are ready to book XYZ date and Venue name if it is still available. Please include the First and Last names of the Bride and Groom along with which package you would like, your estimated guest count and if you will have ceremony onsite. 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking along with a security fee.

Includes the necessities to have a successful day. A la carte any EMBELLISHMENTS (link). Choose your own preferred vendors.

We know all the big wedding decisions can be overwhelming. If you want an amazing, stress-free wedding, this is a great option.

Ultimate Bridal Package

Basic Package with Embellishment Bundle, DJ for Ceremony and Reception & Catering arranged for you.

DJ package is $2,495 of the total. Catering is NOT included in the price. This is estimated to be $19-$22 pp and includes a choice of two entrees, salad, vegetable, and starch

Friday– $9,585 + Catering
Saturday– $10,285 + Catering
 Sunday– $8,585 + Catering

*No fees or service charge received from Caterer or DJ Service for this package.
