Wooden Farm Tables
$25/each- 8ft rectangular wooden farm tables
Seat 8 total (4 on each side). They do not require linen and look great in our spaces. Go all wood or a combination of wood and plastic round tables.

Choose any three from our selections. Available after the ceremony and replenished through the whole night. Cups are included.

Note-The Veranda fireplace cannot be used for S’mores.

Meet the Meadow Barn Alpacas
$195 for 1 hour
Yes, the Jones kids have added Alpacas to our little hobby farm. This is an amazing experience for your guests and not just the kids! We will schedule your alpacas to arrive at the scheduled time and be available outside for you and your guests for 1 hour. This includes two alpacas, transportation, and an alpaca handler while they are at your event. Get ready to crank the cuteness dial WAY up! This Embellishment is weather pending!

the kids busy. P.S. this is a hit with Groomsmen too!

Bussers
$150/Busser (5 hours of service)
Keep the trash cleaned up and tables bussed while you and your family celebrate. If your caterer doesn’t have bussers available just ask us, this might be the smartest addition to your night. Our bussers will clear tables after dinner and through the night to keep the glasses and garbage to a minimum and ensure you have little to do for clean-up at the end of the night. We require 1 staff per 150 guests when using Disposables. Gratuity not included.
Hanging Floral Frame, $100
Make a huge statement for your head table and utilize our hanging floral frame and hardware. This stunning fixture allows you to build a massive 10ft floral piece that floats over your head table. Work with your florist to customize this amazing piece (florals pictured not included).

Water Service at Tables
$2.00/seat
Includes 14 oz water goblet filled and set at each chair and filled water carafes at each table. Carafes are refilled as needed and then glasses and carafes are cleared after dinner.
