I’m sure you are wondering what exactly comes with your booking at The Meadow Barn or The Veranda?  You know you booked the actual venue but what else is included!  Below is a list of what is included in your booking.

Our venues offer areas specifically for the bride and the groom.  The Meadow Barn has a beautiful bridal suite that includes an antique couch, a beauty bar, and a coffee hub. The grooms loft has a full-size TV and comfy leather couches for lounging.  This loft is the perfect location for group shots and/or romantic, couple pictures.

At The Veranda, the groomsmen are able to get ready in a grooms suite complete with a beer tap, full size tv, and an emergency supply kit.  The bridesmaids and bride have an entire loft to get ready in.  The bridal loft is loaded with elegant lounging chairs, a charming Juliet balcony, and full-size mirror.  The groom’s room and bridal suite are both able to lock so you can keep your valuables secured in one place.

Outside both of our venues are private ceremony spaces with beautiful, wooden arches.  Whether you decorate the arbors or not, they are a beautiful addition to your backdrops and the perfect places to say your vows!

Surrounding both of The Meadow Barn venues is a 6000-tree apple orchard and lush landscaping.  To the north of the Veranda is a waterfall fountain, lover’s bridge, and wild flower lane.  Just outside The Meadow Barn is a windmill, beautiful, wooden fence, and a rustic shed!  Throughout the orchard, you can find hidden gems such as an old 56 Chevy, wishing well, rope swings, and more!  All of these spectacular freebies provide the most beautiful back drops for all your wedding day pictures.

The day of your wedding can be hectic and crazy.  At The Meadow Barn properties, you can rest assured knowing that we are here to help.  Each venue includes a morning and evening onsite facility manager.  If you have any questions, concerns, or additional add-ons, the managers are here for you.

The Veranda and The Meadow Barn both staff bartenders for your special day.  You do not need to worry about hiring additional staff!  We take care of it for you!  Our bartenders are fully trained and able to make your favorite drinks!

The Meadow Barn properties are great venues to pull up a chair, relax, and reminiscence.  What better place to do this than around a fire!  The Meadow Barn has a beautiful firepit with enough room for all your family to gather.  The Veranda has an elegant gas fireplace with access to the bar!  No matter your venue, you and your guests can grab a drink and retell those stories of days past while celebrating your days ahead!

We believe that water should be offered for free!  At all our weddings, we provide free water from the bar per your guests request!

Here at The Meadow Barn and The Veranda, we understand the day of any event is busy.  Decorating usually takes place the day of, along with so many other aspects.  It’s a chaotic day!  But you don’t have to worry about table and chair set up!  Our staff handles the table and chair set up as well as tear down.  Therefore, when you arrive the morning of, all you have to do is decorate, get ready, and GET MARRIED!!!
