The Meadow Barn properties have so much to offer on your big day.  Some of you may not know that we also offer many different Embellishments that you can add for an additional cost.  We promise these add-on’s are worthy of your time and money!  Not only will these embellishments make your day unique, but your guests will be thrilled by these extra frills! Amazing Embellishments for your Wedding Day!

Our wooden farm tables are beautiful and require little to no decorating (although feel free to go as elaborate as you want)!  These 8 foot rectangular wooden farm tables seat 8 people (4 on each side).  They do not require any linens and look stunning in both of our venues!  You can upgrade to these wooden tables for your big day or do a mix of our plastic rounds and our woods. Both options look fantastic!

The Infusion Beverage Station is a favorite embellishment at The Meadow Barn properties.  Our previous couples have loved our infusion beverages station.  The infused beverages come in many different flavors and styles.  From iced tea to lemonade to infused water, this beverage station is sure to jazz up your night.  This station is available after the ceremony and replenished by our staff all night long.  This add-on is perfect those hot summer days!

Another favorite amongst our guests is our Smores Bar!  The Smores Bar is set up on one of our 4ft farm tables by our firepit and includes marshmallows, chocolate bars, graham crackers, salted caramel, peanut butter, cinnamon, sea salt, cayenne, and coconut flakes.  Toasting utensils and napkins are provided as well.  There is no better way to celebrate that with a classic snack around the fire!

This add-on is a hit with kids and adults alike!  The retro gaming town includes three flat screens TVs hooked up to three different throwback gaming consoles.  Enjoy dozens of old school Nintendo, PlayStation and arcade games!  This is a big hit with the groomsmen!  After the ceremony, the Retro-Gaming Tower can be moved to the reception space for additional fun for kids and adults all night long.

Yard Games are the perfect add on in the late spring, summer, and early fall.  Your guests will enjoy some fun and games while surrounding the fire pit or during cocktail hour.  It’s a great way to add some entertainment for the kids as well.  This embellishment includes Bean Bags, Giant Jenga, and Yard Yahtzee.

Our venues are so beautiful all on their own.  Enhance their beauty by adding our drapery package!  This charming embellishment adds a graceful and glamorous quality to any wedding.  The drapery is set up for you so it’s one less thing to worry about!  (Drapery is available for The Veranda as well!)

The day of your wedding is a crazy and chaotic day!  There are so many moving parts to the day.  Adding a busser or two is a great way to help with the flow of your wedding, as well as keeping your tables clean.  Our bussers will clear tables of bar glassware, garbage, and whatever else throughout your dinner.  Bussers can do more than keep your tables clean!  They can light the candles, keep the snack table stocked all night, and help with moving tables for the dance portion of your night!

Another ideal add-on is our alpacas!  Guests and couples alike have fallen in love with Korbel and Mocha.  They are unique and lovable!  Plus, they make for the cutest wedding photos!  This loveable due is available for 1 hour during your big day.  Get ready to crank the cuteness dial all the way up!

Most couples host beer and/or wine.  Set your day apart by hosting the non-alcoholic beverages!  This embellishment offers unlimited Coke, Diet Coke, Iced Tea, Lemonade, and Club Soda throughout the entire day!  Your guests and their children will love this add-on!  Try mixing together the Iced Tea and Lemonade to make an Arnold Palmer or add Grenadine to your Sprite for a Shirley Temple!  The possibilities are endless when you host this package!

Everyone loves a cup of coffee or hot tea at the end of a long day!  Our hot beverage station comes stocked with one 55-cup dispenser full of coffee, one 55-cup dispenser of hot water, and a plethora of tea selections and hot cocoa packets.  You can also add on Hot Cider for an additional cost as well.  This embellishment is put out by our venue manager during dessert (or whenever you want it!).   Keep your party going with a little extra caffeine boost when it’s needed the most.

This add on is another favorite amongst couples and guests.  Although water is offered at the bar, you can add-on water service at your tables.  This included filled water glasses at each seat and carafes at each table.  This is a great way to keep your guests cool and refreshed on those hot summer days!

Instead of the traditional head table, try a sweetheart table!  This intimate setting is becoming very popular amongst couples.  This embellishment includes a 4-foot wood table and our tulip settee.  This add-on will create a magical setting for you and your significant other!

Do you want your head table to stand out in the crowd?  Our riser’s allows your head table to be lifted from the ground.  This add-on includes set up and break down of the stage, as well as black skirting.

Anyone from the Midwest can attest the weather is unpredictable.  At The Meadow Barn, we are prepared for sun, rain, snow, or anything else the Midwest sky can throw at us.  Not only do we offer an outdoor ceremony option, but we are prepared to move the ceremonies inside.  We offer different ceremony arches that can also be used at a backdrop!  We offer a triangle, hexagon, and a rectangular arbor for you to use and decorate!
